London: Cathedral, Garden, Tower and Bridge

Today started off the same as yesterday, trekking to the Original London Tour bus via tube. It was a much nicer day so we decided to enjoy the bus trip from the top today as we journeyed to our first destination, St Paul's Cathedral.

St. Paul's Cathedral, is one of the iconic landmarks of London, the seat of the Bishop of London and the mother church of the Diocese of London, but really just a neat looking church and popular tourist spot that we had to "pop in" and see.

No visit to any church of this size and history would be complete without a visit to the crypt. So down to the crypt we went, most notable were Winston Churchill, Duke of Wellington and Admiral Nelson round out the names of celebrity residents.

After strolling through St. Paul's we had a little break time, and caught these two hanging out.

From St. Paul's Cathedral we found a neat hip place for lunch called Pancho 8, it was very similar to Chipotle's back home and no one complained about it. We got our food to go and like all the other locals, we found a bench in the square next to St. Paul's and enjoyed our lunch.

Lunch complete, we jumped back on the bus that took us to the Skye Garden, also known as the walkie talkie building. Up to the 22nd floor to the Sky Garden and roof top view.

The day was just starting, our next stop was the Tower of London, where the Crown Jewels are stored and on display. Easy enough of a trip, but we discovered way more about this place.

Our final stop for the day was London Bridge, we walked up the stairs to the upper structure then we walked across the structure, seeing the bridge and water below.

It has been a long day. The sun was going down the rain was starting and the people are hungry. We walked a few hundred feet to an Italian restaurant where we rested our tired bodies and fed everyone with some delicious from Strada.
